Origins Inconclusive and DiscoverNü announce partnership

The two independent music platforms aligned as sister organisations after DiscoverNü's planned closure prompted an overwhelming community response.

On 28 September 2025, DiscoverNü announced that it would close. The response made the platform's cultural value unusually visible: more than 130 public comments from artists described the role it had played in early coverage, discovery and creative confidence.

In December 2025, Origins Inconclusive and DiscoverNü announced a partnership and full-platform revival. At this stage the relationship was explicitly a partnership: the two would operate as sister platforms within the KDYN Music Ltd family, retaining their independent identities while aligning strategically under shared leadership.

The partnership was covered by CULTR on 12 December and EARMILK on 17 December. Origins would support the operational and creative rebuild, while Georges Kande remained involved as Editorial Advisor to help protect DiscoverNü's voice and early-discovery ethos.

The relaunch set out a wider discovery system spanning editorial and premières, original digital content, radio, playlists, live activity and artist development. Its purpose remained simple: give emerging work serious attention before wider consensus arrives.
